Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Victor Talbots purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags (excluding jewelry) attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders or store receipt within 14 days of purchase or order shipment date.

• Any merchandise returned after our 14 day policy will be issued a store credit only.
• We do not accept returns on custom orders, altered or worn merchandise. 
• We are not responsible for any merchandise left in the store over 60 days.
